Admin Console is the tool through which you set up your 8x8 Work phone system. Only administrators can log in to Admin Console. Admins can add users and set up ways to manage call flow, such as Ring Groups and Call Queues, that will affect their users. Go to the Login Portal.
Using different credentials will log you in to different systems. Make sure and use the right set. The 8x8 Application Panel will display. Pick the Virtual Office Config Manager button. NOTE: Configuration Manager will open in a separate browser tab. The Application Panel will still be available to open other areas.
The Account Manager is your online portal for managing your company’s phone system. Account Manager is only accessible by 8x8 account administrators. You can access it here. Login information can be found in your welcome email.
